Summer 2019 is busy and going good! First, to hop back at the end of the school year, the kids finished strong :)
Easton had a great year, had all As the whole year and was chosen as "Most Sporty"
I snagged some pictures of Emerson and her friends at "Fay Fays" house. These made me a little emotional...this was Emerson's last year with Faith and she started going to her house everyday once she was 4 months old. I am so thankful it worked out the way it did and I never worried about her during the day. Such a special group of kids and a great house to stay while we were at work and school during the day.
Bittersweet. Emmy will be heading to K3 in 2 months, but we have heard great things about the school and she finally has gotten the hang of potty training! I was getting nervous there for a little while, she had all accidents everyday, but we just kept going with underwear and changes of clothes and in a matter of a few days, it clicked and she now tells me when she needs to go. Thank goodness!
Once school was out, we had a fun night with friends...
went to a birthday party,
and have been in pool A LOT. It's so hot!
Weekends usually start with our gym friends since that is the one day Drake and I can workout together,
then we head out for family time from there. Summer break is obviously awesome, but weekends are still better than anything since we are all together all day.

Easton started summer golf and it has been awesome! It is amazing how much he has improved since last year. His best score last year was a 35 (on 6 holes) and this year so far he has had a 33, 28, 26, 26...placing 2nd twice and 1st twice.
We spend some extra time with Brayden and Mel because they left for Cali...we will miss their family!
Last time I posted, I mentioned we had a dermatologist appointment. Well, long story short, that was a week long nightmare. Glad it is over. Her spots were treated and we were told they would have a little blister the next day, then scab and fall off. The reality was burning and screaming before we even made it home, huge blisters that popped, were really red, and then finally started to scab.
and as always, more birthday parties. These kids and their social schedules are packed! :)
Throw in some splash pad,
their awesome new "trampoline water park"
and parade of homes. We went not expecting to see many houses, but the kids loved it! Easton was on the hunt for anything free, so we left with a bunch of random business cards and house plans haha But the ones that had waters and snacks-jackpot! Then Emerson loved finding the upstairs and closets to hide in.
More golf...followed by go-carts and rides!
On Tuesdays after golf, Emerson does crossfit kids class too :) I can't help but put them in any activity possible. They have so much fun!

Easton went to VBS last week and always has fun going to that and seeing a good amount of friends from school. Me and Emerson had a couples hours each morning to spend together before we picked him back up, so we squeezed in some shopping, playing, and a pit stop at the pet store.
Easton's lucky socks he has worn the last 3 weeks :)
We also made a trip to the Roger Scott Pool this week
followed by lunch at Jerrys Drive-In. We hang out with Pop and Nanny most days during summer break :)
