This summer has been one of my favorites with my babies. 7 and 3 are some fun ages! It also means they are starting to pick on one another more but overall these two have a lot of fun together and I am so so thankful for my job that continues to allow me the time with them. This is a recap of our July!
We went to see Toy Story 4...
Went fishing...
Spend the day at Big Kahunas. The kids love going there! Hopefully we can make it over one more day before the season is over.
Kylie was in town for her summer. We went over to watch the World Cup together :) She turned SIXTEEN this summer. Little baby Kylie is driving!? So neat to watch her grow up, doing her thing with soccer and a super smart kid!
We have been to the beach a lot!
We did an escape room with the kids! Easton was really into it and kept talking about the rooms for days after. I think I might have an escape room buddy as he gets older. The signs pretty much sum up how they did :) We got out with 3 seconds left!
We tried out the new adventure park area at the beach. Always fun to do something different...Easton
did the ropes course and Emmy got to check out a new splash pad.
Emerson has continued her crossfit kids class on Tuesdays. Yesterday was her last one. She loves working out :)

We also threw in some Michael's crafts during the week. We did a slime week and play doh week.
Bowling night with friends...
Blue Wahoos game. The kids lasted the whole game...chased the roach, Easton was chosen for a game on the big screen, they did the bounce houses, and Easton loved all of the free goodies haha
Easton did a 2-day soccer camp...
And we have been practicing for flag football...first game is this Friday!
One of my favorite days this month was watching Easton at surf camp! We just signed up for 1 day since I didn't know if he would like it or not. That boy surfed non stop from 9-1 and wants to go surfing again now :) It was a great day... small enough waves to learn, but big enough to at least ride some in. He did good!
Oh and my heart was also aching this month. My baby has grown up A LOT in a couple months. We got her potty trained, got rid of the paci, and she is now in a big girl bed. So bittersweet.
We had a "mini" session at the beach.
We packed in what we could in about 10 minutes, running around crazy before it started pouring. We just laughed running (then walking) in the rain on the way to the car:) Something that would have made me so sad or pouty in the past truly was a fun moment when I just realized it was out of my control and I was thankful for any pictures we did manage to get. Trying to not sweat the small stuff the older I get I guess...and it feels really good when I have small moments of success like that.

We had Easton's end of the year golf banquet. He finished with 2 first places, 2 second places, and a 3rd place in the summer tour...giving him 2nd place overall. He also got an award for 3rd place in the Divot Derby tournament. Now, he is invited to play next week at the Pensacola Country Club for an Invitational tournament. He did a great job overall this year and improved so much from last year.
More Michaels...
Emmy had her 1st haircut last weekend. She sat so still and did a great job! Basically if I say anything is princess related, she is good to go. haha So here she is getting her princess haircut.
She is so beautiful ♥
Drake and I enjoyed a night out with friends. Escape room and dinner...and back home in time to put the kids to bed :)

It has been such a good summer! We wrap things up as Drake and I head out to Orlando in the morning for his yearly managers weekend. So excited! Thank you Pop and Nanny for watching them while we go. Once we get back...it's back to work for me Monday, Easton starts school the next Monday, then Emmy starts K3 the Monday after that...
