Fall weather finally arrived and we have been enjoying some fall activities on the weekends. We went to sweet season farms and the kids had fun doing the activities and bringing home a pumpkin to paint.
We also had some family pictures done :)
Yesterday was the day Drake and I chose to put in a few weeks back for a personal day off. It kept showing possible rain as the day got closer, but we ended up having a beautiful day! Taking a day off with your spouse every now and then is the best ever! We went downtown and ate breakfast outside and then went to play golf together.
Then we picked up the kids from school and headed to the fair. It was definitely one of my favorite trips to the fair. $10 wristband day, Emerson was able to do a lot more this year, watching Easton conquer some of the bigger rides and the pure joy and excitement he had while soaring on the yo yo ride up in the air, hearing their giggles on the roller coasters, eating fair food, and paying $5 each to win a toy that is worth a quarter.
October has been a good month for us! Looking forward to the Halloween festivities this weekend and next week! :)
